Pleomorphic adenoma of the breast is a rare benign tumor, with patients ranging age from 23 to 78years.206 Clinically, pleomorphic adenoma presents as a firm, nontender, mobile mass in the subareolar area. The mammogram can reveal a mass with poorly outlined borders that suggest a malignant process.
